Puerto Pollensa Beaches
The top beaches in Puerto Pollensa include Albercutx which is some 2300 metres in length with Pollensa even longer at almost 4000 metres. Both of these beaches have an average width of 40 metres and are located just in front of the popular Pollensa Pine Walk. Heading northeast from the bay we have Formentor beach which is around 1000 metres in length. Cala Murta and Cala Figuera are small coves which a length of 60 metres and 50 metres respectively. The pretty coves are not as accessible as the main beaches but are secluded and rarely busy. On the northern coastline there are several more small coves which include Cala Estremer, Cala San Vicente and Cala Carbo to name a few.

Puerto Pollensa Pine Walk runs behind the beautiful beaches found in the bay. Your journey down the pine walk will take you past many bars, restaurants, hotels and gorgeous Mallorcan scenery. Weather In Puerto Pollensa
The weather In Puerto Pollensa is excellent during the warmer summer months but can be a little chilly during winter. The months of June, July and August are the warmest months when the average temperature is between 22 – 25 Celsius. December, January and February are the colder winter months when the average temperature drops to around 9 Celsius. The spring months see the temperature starting at around 11 Celsius in March and rising up tp 18 Celsius in May. The island of Majorca tends to see quite a bit of rainfall during the year with the exception of June, July and August. Most of the other months will see around 10 days of rainfall on average with October being the wettest. The sea temperature can normally reach 25 Celsius in July and August before gradually decreasing as winter approaches. The winter months see the sea temperature dropping to 15 Celsius before warming up through spring.
