Cala Llonga lies in a pretty bay on the east coast of Ibiza and not far from the capital. It is one of the most family friendly resorts on the island. Sheltered bay of fine sand offers perfect swimming conditions for children. Here there are calm waters and a beautiful shelving beach.

Cala Llonga Resort, Ibiza
Although not a large resort, Cala Llonga boasts good services. These include a variety of shops, supermarket, bank, car hire and a pharmacy. The wide sandy beach here spreads out in a gentle arc. With ample sun loungers, parasols, pedalos with water slides. Here there is also beach volleyball and a lively beach bar.
Backing the beach is a further choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also a children’s playground, and small but fun amusement park.
Water Sports & Golf
There is more excitement than beach volleyball to be had during your stay in Cala Llonga. You can try your hand at a selection of water sports and activities. These include the age old favourite parasailing, wind and kite surfing. Scuba diving and snorkeling are popular in the many coves to each side of the bay.
A good holiday for many visitors should include a round or two of golf. Within walking distance from the resort is Golf Ibiza. You won’t get much change out of 100€ for a single green fee. But hey, you’re on holiday and the club’s restaurant is great too.
Nightlife & Entertainment
Entertainment in Cala Llonga includes many bars, cafes and a choice of restaurants. Here visitors can enjoy the local cuisine, delicious seafood and international dishes. Further entertainment venues lie in some of the larger resort hotels. For a wild night on the town, Ibiza’s pumping clubs are a short drive along the coast.
